      Thanks Anne! 🙂

  4. Sue says:

So much food for thought in your conversation with Aidan. However, as for you two doing a knitting podcast, I’d say: Stick to your … sewing!! 🤣

    1. Helen Wilkinson & Caroline Somos says:

      LOL. Thanks Sue!

  5. Dianna says:

I loved this episode. I am so impressed with Aidan’s thoughtfulness and perspective on sustainability, heartbreak, desire and spirituality.
I also took up gardening (15 years ago), knitting (10 years ago) and sewing (3 years ago) and enjoyed his descriptions of what the bring to his life. I also think of the different timescales of each – gardening is creating some thing of beautiful over multiple years, knitting is creating over months or weeks, and sewing creates over weeks or days.

    1. Helen Wilkinson & Caroline Somos says:

Love your thoughts on this Dianna! I’d never thought of the timescale of a hobby.
