Great podcast ladies. Listened to it on my morning walk and now at my computer downloading all the free resources. Tuesday is my fav day. Song for the day – September by Earth Wind & Fire. Dare you not to dance!!!

Future podcast idea: have a panel of 3 women, one beginner, one intermediate and one advanced and compare and contrast their sewing journey and experienced.

Beth, thanks so much for your positive feedback! We love how you shared the song of the day 😊 Thanks for the episode suggestion too!

I discovered your podcast less than a year ago and “binge-listened” from the beginning until I got caught up to present day about 4 months ago. I absolutely love it and I am almost able to tell you apart. I am surprised that you did not mention the Mandy Boat Tee from Tessuti!!! You have raved about it on more than once previous podcast. I downloaded the pattern a while ago and made one up. It was easy and I love it.

Keep up the great work. I love that you do a new episode every week!

Heidi, thanks so much for listening! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed this episode 😊 Yes, we have mentioned the Mandy Boat Tee a few times on the podcast 😛 We had so many great resources to share, and new ones too, so we wanted to mix it up! We are so happy to hear you love your Mandy Boat Tee though 💕

  3. Thank you for mentioning The BraMaking Forum 😀 I really do appreciate it.

    Hello,
I can recommend one of my favourite youtube channel: Thoughtful Creativity. There are a few videos on how to draft your own patterns plus some free sewing patterns lists.

    1. Helen Wilkinson & Caroline Somos says:

That’s amazing! Thanks so much for sharing!

It’s fantastic to see such an amazing roundup of free sewing resources in one place, thank you Helen and Caroline, there’s so many I didn’t know about! I’d like to let you and your fabulous listeners know that I have had a free sewing pattern available to download for about 5 years, and I use the pattern to teach sewing classes in my neighbourhood in London. However with a major case of Impostor Syndrome, and even though I now know many other designers feel a bit the same (I’m looking at you Podcast Episode 129!), I very rarely put this pattern in the public domain! But as you lovely people are all so encouraging, and always ask us to share at the end of each Podcast, then here I go. The Nadia Pattern is a simple top and dress pattern for all sewing abilities, and it’s available when you sign up to my Newsletter on my homepage: https://lisawagnerlondon.com – happy sewing! And thanks for your Podcast!
